Recommended Use
Daily maintenance
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
During periods of sinus discomfort
Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with meals.
Children aged 8–12 years: Take 1 capsule in the morning and evening with meals.
Children aged 4–8 years: Take 1 capsule in the evening with a meal.
During seasonal colds and flu
Adults: Take 2 capsules three times daily with meals.
Children aged 8–12 years: Take 1 capsule in the morning and evening with meals.
Children aged 4–8 years: Take 1 capsule in the evening with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage for children aged 4–8 years.
