While our recipes are vegan-friendly and contain no animal-derived ingredients, they are enjoyed by everyone—from dedicated vegans to “flexitarians” looking to reduce their meat consumption without losing the hearty, “meaty” satisfaction of a home-cooked meal.

Preparation is quick, easy, and only requires one pot! Simply:
